I've been gone for a while and that's because I've had an operation on my knee - a distal femoral osteotomy. I've been taking it easy with myself and focusing on non-measurable fitness goals. I still will not be walking for some time, but I wanted to do an interim check to keep myself accountable.
I am weaker now that I was, but so much potential for improving again.
