I am bouncing back and forth on weight. I had my shoulder rotator cuff repair done in May. Now it has gotten so hot out. I know just excuses. But the heat gets to me and just saps the energy right out of me. I told hubby time to get back to the gym and back to the swing of things. I noticed the junk food eating has picked up. Not good since it has only been not quite a year from his heart attack. Focus, focus, focus. Had my 2 month break for recovery back at it!Picture of me on left before surgery in May.
