Watch out for packets of chili seasoning. I read one recently that has maltodextrose and MSG. In my daughter's kitchen - I mixed my own from her spices.

I always mix my own to Erika, way too many shady ingredients in both Chili and Taco seasoning. I buy Chili powder, cumin, oregano and garlic powder in bulk sizes all the rest come in smaller bottles, but those are my main go-to's

Can you guys still see all of that?? I deleted the entire thing last night after having some self-reflection & realizing that I was being way to hard on myself. I also realized that I am letting the scale have way to much power over me. I am trying to refocus on what is important AGAIN - HEALTH!
