Huzzah! Net loss 8.2 lb and I am soooo ready to eat! Today's menu is eggs, bacon, and toast for breakfast (after breaking fast with bone broth, saurkraut, and a little veg). Then on to the adventure of beef and wild rice soup. Have been taking daily pics of my chin/neck. Will continue to do so on fasting days where I record a loss. At some point, the differences will be striking. Right now, they are subtle.
