Almost 5 weeks in on recent diet. Lost 7 pounds and down to 114. Feeling much better when I look down at my torso. Starting to look leaner again, but still a ways to go until I’m fully satisfied. Another 5 pounds and I should be good. Doing interval 3 mile runs with Lainey every other day and walking the remaining days. Planks daily at 2 minutes for stomach.
