Diario de intlgirltk, 17 mar. 15

I hadn't weighed myself for about 2 weeks and stepped on the scale this morning and this is what I saw. I really couldn't believe it. So now it is back to the drawing board. I understood the cold weather kept me from doing any kind of walking or exercise. Cold outside always wanting to stay warm. Staying at home led to eating or sitting, I guess. MOre than I realized. That's alright. I will take it off. Just starting over today!
77,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0 kg.    Aún para ir: 7,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Poco.
