Not logged my weight in a while… I was doing really well the back end of last year but then slipped in December due to a number of reasons and I haven’t logged since. I got back on it again in June this year and have been doing so well with my diet, and exercise. It is now 100% a lifestyle for me and not a ‘diet’ anymore. I am drinking water and eating healthier for my skin, mind and my health - not just to lose weight. This has made a big difference. I’ve converted my weight option to pounds as I weigh myself in st & oz and the kg wasn’t giving me an accurate reading when I converted it on here. So it looks like I have gained over 4lbs but this was an inaccurate reading. I am now back at the weight I was last December! I need to try and feel positive about this because I’m doing great, but I can’t help but wonder sometimes how much more I would have lost if I hadn’t taken a 6 month ‘break’. Anyway onwards and upwards. I’m the same weight & measurements I got to last December and that’s a big achievement!! Hoping to lose another 2 stone by this December (4 months away) so I’m going to work towards that!
