wls I would like to have but being a smoker I'd have to quit smoking and I have tried it before and not been able to do it. so I must do this weight loss journey natural with no surgery but I can and will do it..

At 280, I qualified once and went to many preliminary appointments. At the same time, I discovered keto and lost enough weight to decide to drop out. i'm so glad I did.
I'm kind of an all-natural type, and it just felt wrong for me. We can do it, we're all working on living our best life. Carry on FS warriors!

I have watched that show too and even though I have never been very overweight it is a good reminder to help keep it off. I always too make sure I get my 120 grams of protein every day. Fat and carbs will vary a little but try to stick to my maintenance macros as much as possible.
