So, seems that two things I cannot eat while trying to lose weight...Guerrero's tostadas, which I love. But the oil on them gives them too many calories. And the gf multigrain crackers with humus. So I didn't eat either of them today. I did have pad thai at lunch but added extra veggies...riced broc. Same usual bfst: 1/2 green chili/cheese tamal (doesnt have much cheese on it); black beans, usually homemade but today was out so canned; & riced broccoli or caulif. Fave bfst. Lunch varies& includes an apple, but dinner usually a large salad with skinny girl poppyseed dressing, one cup of frozen blueberries with 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt & 1 T flaxmeal.
Hope all this helps in the long run, since I cannot do much as far as exercise.
