Date night damage. Knew there would be a gain but didn’t expect it to be so large. Wiping out the week’s progress 😟

was my birthday. got on the scales afterwards. big mistake. 4lb gain. this morning now 1lb up

First trip to the scales wasn’t promising.. going to give it a few days and see!

Your weight fluctuates during the day, if you eat 2lbs of food then weigh yourself before its had time to digest and exit your body you will weigh 2lbs more. only weigh once a week, same time ideally first thing in a morning after a movement.
