I was afraid to step on the scale this morning, and with good reason. It's been a hard week - stress, not eating, people pushing food at me, sleeping in a strange bed, drinking, not tracking food intake - everything that goes along with a funeral of a loved one and the celebration of their life. Strange enough, I don't feel heavier. Just slower. So, no bikini shopping for me.
I have two weeks left (actually 12 days, 20 hours and 51 minutes, not that I'm counting) - so it's time to get up off my rear end and do something. I have no one to answer to other than myself, and no one to blame other than myself.
