Diario de Michael-Anderson, 05 abr. 15

This came as a good surprise, however I have to buckle down more. I have kind of strayed from what I know is appropriate because I am still loosing the pounds. When I finally level out it will be a struggle to start loosing again if I stray from the fundamentals, even with my idea's on the busting the level biology. When that time arrives I will get to find out if I am truly smart enough to have figured out how to fight it successfully.
139,9 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0 kg.    Aún para ir: 12,9 kg.    Dieta seguida: Poco.

Love this post. It's me to the "T." LOL. I'm always trying to figure out a way to trick my body into losing more. I need to start recording my exercise, but then I also need to start exercising more! LOL. Happy Easter!

Boy don't we all lol. Just go at a pace that is right for you...if it hurts you went to far. The "burn" you feel is the lactic acids your muscles produce as it breaks down. So if you are not body building stop before the burn. ;)
