Diario de aakarras, 09 abr. 15

While I didn't loose as much as I would have liked this week, I am happy with the steady progress. My in-laws were visiting for the week and it was a challenge to stay as dedicated to the carb counting as I would have liked. Now that they are gone, I plan on staying on top of my carb count.
87,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 3,2 kg.    Aún para ir: 24,0 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
