It has been a really cold wet month so I have been couch potato!
In last few days it has warmed up and in two days the outdoor bowls season start so I will getplenty of exercise and fresh air and I am determined to ose some weeight!
Also my friend is going to see her Malaysian family for six weeks so will not be pushing delicious cakes at me each time we meet!
