Diario de Intentionalreny, 30 oct. 23

After 2 months of consistent training, I was FORCED to take a week off due to persistent aches & pains from my training. I watched what I ate and slept enough. 1.7 kilos down! Oh my goodness! I still have alot to learn about my body, clearly
111,1 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 9,7 kg.    Aún para ir: 34,1 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Hi. If it helps aches and pains are you pushing heavy weights or impact movements ?

@MariaManoto...thank you soooo much. Thinking of what to eat can be tough indeed. I struggle at times. I will definitely keep posting if its helping, I will do it 😁

@JayBoy8, I do strength training twice a week with moderate weights. And boxing twice a week too. I walk more than 10 steps as well. On average o was working out 5 times a week. 2 days of rest not enough for me it seems so making it 3 rest days now and in between not all at the end of the week.
