I went off course November 1 with Halloween candy and stayed off course 13 days. Today, my plan is to keep to a 16:8 IF, log food, and keep calories at or below maintenance for my lowest fasted weight. I will log daily weights here until I recover my lowest fasted weight. When I'm ready to resume my EF, I will include a daily serving of LMNT, to prevent electrolyte disturbances. The final day of my last 5 day fast, I was very lightheaded and too hardheaded to take a pinch of salt 😅 or break my own rule about not supplementing with electrolytes. After smashing all the rules the past couple weeks, I am ready to make new ones for myself. Am grateful to be back on the weight loss trail.

Lady D! (((((((((((((((hugs))))))))))))))))))! You got this, I have noticed a trend of struggle kind of nagging at everyone's heels the past few weeks. It's a cycle both physical and mental and this time of year it is difficult to stay on track. It takes a lot more effort. The upcoming eating Holidays are going to tip our balance towards the gains, but I am going to be mindful, while also celebrating the season. Today is mine and my hubby's 38th wedding anniversary. We are going for a Steak dinner to celebrate it....on Saturday because, well, we don't like to drive long distances after dark and both of us work till dark during the week. Your off the rails trip was about the same length as my Post Covid ride, it won't take you long to shed the extra weight, I'm rooting for ya girl!!
