Haven't been here for quite awhile. Made a bad decision last December at the recommendation of my doctor to have the Mirena IUD put in. What a nightmare. I gained 20 pounds in less than 3 months. Didn't matter what I ate, I still gained weight. It was horrible. So, after 3 months, I had it taken out. Down from 191 to 179 and hopefully it will continue to drop. I've made plans to celebrate turning 48 this year in a bikini in Vegas. So, I have 46 days to get strong & fit !!
