I erased my whole journal with my weight. Just was saying to remind myself that this whole week has been using whatever I had in my house to start the diet. Start making it a habit to put everything in the app, pay attention to what I’m eating and how much I’m moving. Seeing what I need more of, which for me is still more protein and carbs! I’m also still getting debilitating migraines??? I’m broke due to the holidays like most people are lol 😂 so I have been getting recipe and meal ideas from posts, and from the meal section on the app. Of course making it according to my own taste. So by Dec 29 2023 I will have a weeks meal plan and hopefully I’ll be making much more progress after that. I’m cleaning out my cabinets at least of canned fruit and beans. Then off with the canned food! My salt intake high and I retain a lot of water
