How do you add a custom meal I just want to add calories it’s a fresh fit meal I bought

@keeponkeepnon -5+ in 2 days. Water weight from eating too much flour and sugar on 24th & 25th, on which I gained 7. 

@lisa You have to have the paid version to add a custom meal. Just add it by the contents.

Lisa, I you use the website, not the app you can add favorite meals. After entering the ingredients the first time you enter the meal you can add it as a favorite. That's how I enter things I make often.
