Working on it Zen!! I'm not back there yet!! Excellent job on getting back in your groove!! Speaking of groove....did you turn on JM for a few minutes??? I peeked at some of her stuff on you tube....I broke a sweat just watching her! LOL! 

Thanks, Deb. GIRL, NO! Maybe I'll try when the holidays are officially over to fit that heifer into my routine. The grandbaby went home on the 23rd (because his parents made him), and was calling me on the 27th to come back and get him. He begged so bad, his parents gave in...lol. So... he's been back, I started the new job, hubby came home last night, etc. At least with the new job, I'm getting on more movement & there is some heavy lifting sometimes. Back when I was doing the program years ago, my oldest son (a teenager at the time) made the comment "I don't know why you act like that workout is such a big deal. Looks easy." He has always been slender. I invited him to join me, "if it's so easy". Withing 10-15 minutes, he was out on the front porch puking...lol. 

@Jen yep! Going to weigh in tomorrow, it would be just awesome if I could break 200# by tomorrow! 🤪
