I need to crack down and make a plan that I can stick to. Today I am researching and finding meals that sound delicious, but are within the plan. I am making a shopping list and will go shopping tomorrow. I have cleaned out the snacks at my desk and will do the same at home. I can't go on like this anymore. I am at my highest weight EVER.
