Hey everyone! I'm under 200 pounds again. Went to the Heart Dr this morning, and naturally they have to put ya on the scale, LOL 😆 I had my heavy coat on and, shoes even. So, tomorrow morning, will be going back to the Orthopedic Dr to discuss possible knee surgery.

195 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 20 kg. Aún para ir: 45 kg. Dieta seguida: Bien.

I'm confused your weight entry shows over 400 are you saying that you lost 200lbs so far or you are under 200lbs sorry for being nosey I just thought maybe you had entered it wrong...

I was 208. Sunday morning, but when I went to the Dr's this morning, I was at 194.!! Pounds. Sorry for the confusion 😕

Ok if I were you I would log it at 194 so nobody else has to ask ya about it and I'm sorry I didn't know but you have done awesome work and I am so excited and happy for you ...I'm hoping my knee surgeon will do mine and I'm at 301lbs praying that he will still do it I've lost 51lbs since June and 24lbs before that total of 75lbs myself and still need to get under 300 and then on to 220lbs...
