I have been experimenting with what foods I eat first for my meal; thus, I have eaten my grapefruit before my breakfast. I have also been taking a resistant starch/prebiotic around noon and taking my flaxseed prior to my end of the day coco. Today is unique in that my calorie count is under 1,000 at 2 pm and I am NOT hungry. Sharing to encourage others to try something different. If the net gain is a wash you're still ahead as you'll know what didn't work. When we stall we get discouraged and we all know how that feels. Never give up
