Unexpected! But so happy. My current plan is working. Daily caloric deficit at 1400. Snack at 8am, 12pm, and 2pm and dinner up to the 1400 caloric range. Double checking calories as I eat them. I didn’t even have to lower it another 100 calories. Just had to be consistent. So thankful! 🙏🏽 This was my weight with just my undergarments on. Here’s to joining the 150s club next week! 🥰 And my stomach is continuing to be eaten. Plus my thighs too. Yay!
