I walked over 90 pounds off in 9 months with 2-3X a week pt that became strength training and of course a change in woe. You can do this. I walk daily now. It has become far less burdensome than in the beginning. Now i just get up and go or tell myself a time that i will start my walk. Like a job but better. Im paying myself🥰. You can do this!!
