Hey, I just saw that you're back on here as well after a long break. I've also put some weight back on after some stressful events. But we know what to do and we will do it again. Here's to a new start and a successful journey to good health and feeling well. 

Everything goes in cycles. I just feel blessed to still have my health. Still wrestling with the snack monster. I know how to win; I just keep giving him a foothold.
