Can't seem to lose an ounce despite eating salads, small amounts of fat and sugar, lots of walking and exercise 4 days a week.
And last few days I have been really fatigued!
really weird.
75,8 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 5,4 kg.    Aún para ir: 3,3 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Yes add more good fats to your diet. Coconut oil olive oil. Butter. Lose the carbs starches and sugar because that is what your body wants to store as fat. Eat low carb veggies like cabbage and broccoli. Drink lots of water half your body weight or no more than 100 oz. ~all the best~

6 June and at 170 pounds! Lost 6 pounds in two weeks as now serious dieting. Last October I had operations on both feet and was housebound, fed up and indulging and weight reached 178! Then long cold wet winter didn't help. Now I'm back and eating plenty fruit and veg. My real problem is that both legs and hips are deteriorating from a long ago crash so I can't run or swim and only walk on the flat.

Have you asked your doctor about your potassium level? I have had this happen and she advised me to take ApoK (potassium) for a while. It worked well. No more fatigue and I started burning fat again.
