not been paying attention for a couple of months..
i want to get to 75kg now
Actually two days ago someone remarked i had put on weight.. i weighed myself and came in under 80kg.. it just shows how much my body has changed for good that someone who was once 100kg gets that comment and is 79kg
anyway, 75kg is my target, i turned 40 not so long ago and i weigh less than i did when i left highschool..
i live in a pretty hot place (Sicily, italy) and so it is quite easy to not gain weight in the summer months, last night the temp did not fall below 21c so rather than eat you drink..(I mix 1 part fruit juice with 5 parts water)
