Lab training today. Gonna bike there and go to the urine lab tomorrow which is another 6 miles....so about 13 roundtrip for today and tomorrow. Also had MRI yesterday, back feels soooooo much better w/the steroid tx.
Gonna try for 10 lbs in 6 WEIGH-INS, which is 18 days from today....SO Sunday, July 5th. Lets see how it goes :-) I'm hopeful.
