Checking back in after a couple of years away from FatSecret. Still running and body stronger. Last 6 months has seen a lot of change with shifting regions, changing jobs, and having a adult child return home to live. Reading the journal entries, and remembering all the food logging makes me appreciate what this app allowed me to do to look after myself. Always remember the journey.
