Yaaaaay !!!!!! Crossed under 230!!!!! 5 more weigh-ins until July 5th to try and reach my goal of 220. I'm just going to keep doing what I'm doing for now and not amp up anything per se until things slow down...my back and hip is still giving me problems and the doc said MRI shows a few slipped discs and some aggravated scar tissue....so i dont want to hurt myself more. Gotta start doing more back exercises though...will work on that for next couple weigh ins.

Last night we went to Mumfords @Montrose beach :-)
Tn is Annie and Laura's party :-)
Mon we look at another house....well see.
103,1 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 11,2 kg.    Aún para ir: 8,7 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
