Diario de NeoCLB, 23 jun. 15

Havent really been working out in the past few days...honestly kinda laid back for a few....Guess its time to amp it up again. Have 4 weigh ins left and now 9.4 lbs to go!

So did a 5 mile walk today. On the way back I was doing a little day counting....

so if my goal is 220 by July 5th.... another 18 days=
210 by July 23rd. Another 18 days = 200 by August 10th. That leaves 13 days to get to 195. So if I pushed it it might be possible to actually get a little lower, like 192/190...that would give me like 5lbs room to go up without crossing 200 during the fall semester.

I think that's what I'm going to try and shoot for.

House stuff up in the air, medical stuff...back and now TB test, up in the air, trying to line up what I'll be doing in the fall and maybe this project at COP this summer. Feel like theres alot going on. Also walking in the prode parade this weekend. At least it'll be a good walk :-) !
