So, here I am starting again. I hope this challenge which seems realistic will work. I am in so much pain that it is hard to exercise. I KNOW that weight loss will help. The problem is to get motivated enough to do something! The pain is motivating...but also discouraging. A friend told me yesterday that Apple cider vinegar can help to clear the body of toxins, which cause pain. I'm going to give it a try. 1 tsp in water 3x daily before meals. Praying that this will work.
