I'm a little bummed that I didn't lose as much weight as I wanted to this week. This weekend is sure to bring on high calories foods, as we're going to a friend's house to eat. I'm quite worried about what the scale will say next week. I'll TRY to eat as healthy as possible....but I don't think that'll happen. :(
58,7 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 13,8 kg.    Aún para ir: 5,2 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
