i have been eating only what I make with the exception of a select few salad dressings AND not eating after 6-7 pm.
Also keeping up on daily flax, apple cider vinegar and my electrolytes.
Calories are between 1,800 - 2,200 and I have always prioritized protein as I do significant labor most days.
Interesting addition has been honey, 40 grams per day, in my brewed tea which I drink throughout the day. I lease space to beekeepers and we were chatting about the anti-inflammatory properties attributed to honey. Did some reading and decided to give it a try...I do believe it's having a very positive effect.
Honey is rich in the amino acid Proline. Found the whole subject fascinating.
