Not too bad. It's a 1 pound gain from last week, but I'm only .2 pounds over my target. Yesterday was absolutely beautiful so we had an opportunity to enjoy our deck, which meant a couple of beer too. Then with company and a BBQ...well, I'm glad my weigh in is as good as it is.
