went away for the weekend and ate too much salty foods, im all swollen up in my face, haha. plus the dust at my gramma's old farm house kicked up my allergies. i didn't eat that great, but i didn't over-eat and i got in a two hour workout with my uncle on sunday. overall, not too bad!
