Still dropping my vacation weight. Hopefully back down to where I was before vacation by Labor Day. I'm taking the slow approach and see if I can get past this range my weight has been in since April. We'll see, but not going to sweat it. I'm enjoying being a healthier me.

Today's workout was upper body. I worked on back, chest, shoulders and arms. My shoulders and arms got the brunt of the workout. They still feel a little exhausted, in a good way. I worked out for 45 minutes and was able to power through all of the exercises I had planned. So for day 2 of my new workout routine, it was good. Tomorrow's plan is to run 4 miles.
