Frustrating. This is my weight with my clothes off. I stuck to my caloric deficit, but probably need to select healthier options throughout the week and I did eat a large dinner last night. At least I didn’t gain, but I’ll keep trying next week for 168/169! And may even cut a few more calories throughout the week instead of maxing the calorific deficit daily. #notgivingup !
