Diario de brinella, 02 sep. 15

I was happy to see a loss this week. We were in Idaho visiting family for 5 days. I packed a lot of my own food and my son did an excellent job cooking low carb for me. I found some great trails to walk and tried to stay active. It was a fun vacation and a loss is an added bonus.
