I have a cold today. Head cold. I haven't had a cold in a long, long time. It happens to be a day off for me. I'll take it easy and spend the time working on the weight room. I'll have a photo of before and after of the room once it's complete.

The rack is assembled and the floor under it was previously painted. Emptied the room and painted the rest of it. Assembling my new incline/decline bench and a second weight stand. Second coat tonight for the whole thing, and then I'll pile everything back into the room.... in a more orderly fashion tomorrow. The issue now will be I'll want an olympic bar, but that would be next year at the earliest if I bother. The one inch stuff is doing fine for me. Interesting to see a total of just over 700 pounds of weights.

Sounds like quite a project! It will be nice for you to have space to work out with everything in the same room and it being freshly re-done. Hope the head cold doesn't get worse.
