Glad the weight didn't change this AM since I had 4 dates stuffed with walnuts before retiring last night. If I had looked at the carb & sugar levels first I would have had an apple instead. Wow! -> 30 g of carbs and 26 g of sugar! I thought being a natural fruit, it would have been a healthy dessert. Maybe it is healthy but not if you're trying to lose weight.

But I just noticed, I am now able to wear the new pink blouse I got a couple of months ago. Buttons pulled a little too tight before. Now it fits though still very form fitting. Encouraged. :)
