2 lbs gone for the week. I weigh in quite a bit but my "official" day to weigh in for myself is Friday. I hit my realistic goal this week but not my I would really like to lose goal. I think I'm grabbing my kayak and some poles and heading out to the bay this morning.

Grabbed the kayak and headed out BUT my mom had a big order come in so no kayaking. I will try again tomorrow. My hubby is almost home from his business trip. He's been gone since Monday before 6 a.m. I don't sleep that well when he is not home and I also hate driving my son to school since it's far away and in a bad section of Tampa. They were on lockdown Wednesday since there was an arrest in the projects next to the school. They stopped loading the buses and he got home quite late.

When I can't rock climb or ride bikes I just walk in the house! I know it's not as much fun but it will help with keeping you fit and lowering your stress. Glad your hubby will be home soon! Keeping you in my prayers :-D

A kayak would be fun.. Scary for kids when they lock down a school. Hope he is doing OK.

Hubby is home! I took a long nap since I really needed it. He's used to lockdowns at school. His middle school (another magnet school- best schools in the worst neighborhoods) was not in a good section either, just a lot closer. He should have more than his middle school did and at least this one texted me about it. This one was just bad timing because of the buses.
