weight is steadily decreasing, somewhat slowed by starchy foods, which need to be replaced by non starchy carbohydrates. starch is the stuff that helps plants store energy so it is counterproductive to eat them, and they also make me less alert, and more lethargic. Also since i have limited dairy intake my mind has been clearer unless i eat dairy again, and my mood is more stable. Essentially dairy is baby calf growth food, to make them big and fat very fast. SO i think this is not good to eat, besides the other reason of the horrible things that happen to animals so humans can drink their milk.
