Diario de Charonai, 03 oct. 15

Hit the gym this morning so I'm feeling super energized now :)
Weight is down just a bit over the last couple days but I think making gym time for myself is better motivation-- it's the awesome after feeling from the burn.
Also bought protein powder to try out in the mornings, hopefully it'll help since I don't get much on a regular basis.
70,8 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 1,8 kg.    Aún para ir: 11,8 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
Ganando 0,3 kg a la Semana
