Disappointed only to lose 1 lb, considering I have dropped my daily intake from 1800 to 1700. I was hoping for 3 lb and into the 16's.
108,4 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 20,0 kg.    Aún para ir: 13,2 kg.    Dieta seguida: 100%.

I have just looked at your weight history, now that is so impressive, you should be so proud of yourself, you have lost weight every single week except for 1 where you stayed the same, that's determination for you well done xx

Thanks. It is getting harder as the weeks go on, but that is also due to the fact I am decreasing my daily calories. Or at least trying to.
