Hi my buddies! I'm sorry I've been gone so long. I've started my new eating local thing and after 6 weeks have finally gotten down to my early summer low. I've been swimming at the city pool too. Glad to be back. I'm going out camping for a four day with the camper so I'll try and get some good walking it too. But I really needed to check in.
