Diario de Jane Robbin, 26 oct. 15

Good Morning I have tried to eat the correct way. I have not kept on track according to what my Doctor had told me to and I gained 5.5 pounds back again. This is all water weight and so I have started WOE low carb again today. I hurt my ankle a couple of weeks ago and can not ride my bike nor do many exercises I was doing before. I will be doing sit ups, and weight lifting now until my ankle heals.
91,2 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0 kg.    Aún para ir: 24,9 kg.    Dieta seguida: Poco.
