Oh. My. Word. I broke into the 60's! Barely but they have arrived! Happy to be still moving down. Like so many have posted this week I struggled a bit with cravings. Maybe it IS the time of year like someone mentioned. We had some pumpkin donut holes at home and I had one. Now this was fine and usually I have no problem when I decide to have something but this time I kept going back and having another and another. I swear they were taunting me. It's been a long time since this has happened. I need to not become complacent
