Diario de BuffyBear, 19 sep. 11

No weight loss this week but I guess my body needs time to settle in from last weeks loss. Will continue on same course, at least until next week's weigh-in.

I am still happy with myself that I did that 3 day stomach shrinking exercise. I now have a built-in instant reminder whenever I start to overeat. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Hey Buffy, how did you do the 3 day stomach shrinking exercies?? I need to do something like that too...Have a great day and hope your sunshine comes out.....

Bren - Guess this happened while you were on vacation. For 3 days I only ate 1 cup meals - including drinks (drank water by 1/2 cupfuls between meals). I ate often (every 2 hours). By the end of the 3 days my stomach seemed happy with the 1 cup meals.

Sounds like a plan. You're right, sometimes the body needs some time to adjust to our adjustments! Just work with it and stay cued into how you're feeling. A pound loss, or even a half-pound loss, might actually be there, but not showing, due to those darned daily fluctuations! Have a good week.

Well, I would say the loss is yours to keep since the scale didn't go back up! I always worry that it's a fluke or something & the loss won't "stick". As a matter of fact, you probably did lose some more, but water weight is just too touchy! You are doing awesome!

I make continuous adjustments to my diet too Buffy, it really does help to get things moving along again. I haven't dropped in the last week either but today is a new day, we will keep at it anyway right? Have a great evening!

Buffy you are so dedicated I wish I had you will power. Some days I do really well, and others I just don't. Your diet calendar is so consistent, maybe you should come cook for me ?????
